Hello out there in blogland!! Wow, I am posting after a really, really, really long time of SILENCE. Typepad has made some good money of me the last year - $70 - of me not posting one single thing. It has been so long that I have posted here that I couldn't even remember how to log in! Thank goodness I had an email from typepad to steer me in the right direction.
So why today? Why post now?
Well, the credit card that I was billing typepad with had some fradulent charges so we had to cancel it last month. Of course, I forgot that typepad was on the list of companies who needed the new cc. So I get an email from them saying you have 15 days to get us your credit card and we'll be a-ok. Those 15 days past and I get another email saying I'm on hold. Then I realize, if I don't act, my blog will get deleted... forever... and with it, will be the year+ worth of memories that I did blog. Cayla's first year milestones (which weren't recorded anywhere but here), random things about Collin, our trips, etc. My plan for awhile has been to cancel the blog, make a blurb book and be done. So tonight, when I got to download blurbs software, it freezes on me... twice. A sign? Maybe. So I ended up paying another $4.95 to typepad, which will buy me a month to figure out what to do.. maybe I'll continue to blog or maybe I'll just continue microblogging on facebook.
We'll see... I have another 30 days decide.
Oh, my stars! I just happened to check, and see if maybe you updated!! You did! Oh, please keep it. I want to keep you with you too!
